1. Using the Site

Individual experiences with skincare products vary. Website content does not guarantee any particular result.

3. Pre-Launch List and Email Communications

If you join the Rosaschi pre-launch or email list, you may receive confirmation messages, launch information, product updates, and related communications.

Joining the list does not guarantee product availability, a reservation, a specific launch date, price, discount, gift, priority, or opportunity to purchase unless Rosaschi expressly states otherwise.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Additional information about how we handle subscriber information is available in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Online Sales Yet

Rosaschi does not currently sell products through the Site. If purchasing becomes available, additional terms concerning orders, payment, shipping, returns, cancellations, warranties, or other transaction matters may apply and will be presented or incorporated as appropriate.

5. Messages and Submissions

If you contact Rosaschi, you are responsible for the information you choose to send. Please do not submit unlawful material or confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or proprietary information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

You may not impersonate another person or provide information that you know is false, misleading, or submitted without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including the Rosaschi name, wordmark, branding, text, graphics, images, design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rosaschi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial use. Nothing in these Terms gives you permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Rosaschi content or branding without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. Rosaschi does not control third-party websites, services, availability, security, content, or practices and is not responsible for them.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosaschi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your jurisdiction.

11. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by Rosaschi to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or transaction, govern your use of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Rosaschi, the Site, or applicable legal requirements change.

When we do, we will update the effective date above. Changes will apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated.
